St. George's took over Audubon's Cool Zoo on Friday, September 6, and a great time was had by all!
St. George's Early Childhood and Lower School students begin almost every morning with a Morning Meeting, an aspect of the student-centered Responsive Classroom approach.
1st-4th graders met for Chapel for the first time this morning and explored the purpose of Chapel and how each student contributes to their classroom.
What Makes Us Unique?
St. George’s Episcopal School offers a co-educational program for students in preschool through eighth grade. We pride ourselves in being able to do “what is right and best for each individual child.” Through our low student-to-teacher ratio, qualified faculty and family-like atmosphere, students gain the confidence needed to achieve success in academics, social development and emotional well-being.
Where Are They Now?
St. George's Episcopal School serves students from age 1 through 8th grade. After graduating from St. George's, these talented individuals go on to the most prestigious high schools in the Greater New Orleans area. In the last 3 years, 91% of our 8th graders have been accepted into their 1st choice high school.
