Summer at StG
Collaboration Lab: August 1st-5th
CO-LAB is a week-long summer theater camp in August at St. George's Episcopal School that is open to rising 5th-8th grade students in the New Orleans area. Participants will collaborate to create and rehearse an original play in just 5 days, concluding with a live 20-minute performance on Day 5! In CO-LAB, students collaborate on every part of the theater-making process, from writing, to designing, to performing. Students from all creative arts backgrounds are encouraged to participate.
Spend your summer at St. George’s Episcopal School’s Dragon Camp, a summer day camp for children ages twelve months through rising third grade. Dragon Camp provides exciting and engaging programming including a variety of small group, whole group and outside water play activities that prioritize the health and wellbeing of our campers. With St. George’s Early Childhood teachers on staff, Dragon Camp students receive access to project-based learning that focuses on the interests of the children in each classroom, as well as creative free play in a safe and caring environment.

- Session 1: June 13 - July 1 (3 weeks)

Age of Enrollment
Dragon Camp enrolls children beginning at 12 months of age through rising third grade. If your child is 12 months by June 13th, s/he is eligible for both sessions. If your child is 12 months by July 11th, s/he is eligible for Session 2 only.
The summer months are a transition time for many children, especially for children with summer birthdays. Children who will soon be turning a given age should register for that age group. If your child will attend both sessions, please register your child in the same age group in June and July. (So, for example, if your child turns 2 in July, you would register him/her for the 2s, even in June.) If your child has not turned 1 by June 13, 2022, please see the question below pertaining to an infant room. If you experience difficulties at registration or have further questions, please feel free to email the camp director, Kate Remillard, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For correct classroom placement, when registering, select the appropriate age/grade level your child will be entering for the 2021-2022 school year.
