Change is coming to the StG community as we welcome some new faces to the school leadership team and welcome back some old friends. During Wednesday’s Annual Meeting, trustees announced the theme for next year, “Building What Matters,” and introduced the new members that will help us build together. 

Jenny Diemont, who served as board chair during the 2025-2026 school year, gave a speech in recognition of everyone’s support over the last year. 

“It’s not particularly glamorous behind the scenes, but you all truly show up,” Diemont said. “From governance and financial stewardship; to planning renovations and navigating tax credits; to brand messaging and fundraising — our committees are incredibly devoted, focused, and actionable.”

We thank them for their time; while they will no longer serve in this capacity, they will always be a part of our StG community. 

The 2026-2027 StG Board of Trustees will feature Ryan McKinnon as chair, Derrick Toups as vice chair, James Yockey as treasurer and Samantha Berman as secretary. Trustees Ava Alltmont and Tiffany Dickerson will be returning for a second term. 

Among other new faces, we are excited to announce Rev. Ronald Clingenpeel will be joining us as interim rector. Father Ron has been a staple of religious life since becoming a priest in 1978. A priest, educator, congregational consultant and Episcopal elections consultant, Father Ron has served the Episcopal Church throughout the world He wears many hats as a musician, singer-songwriter and educator. His band, Father Ron and Friends, can be heard around town.

Marie Cahn came to StG in 1989, when her son started kindergarten and stayed involved with the community even after her youngest graduated in 2007. Her two grandchildren currently attend StG. Marie has held several StG leadership roles before, including a role as book fair coordinator and a stint as parent’s group treasurer. Marie is also active in the New Orleans Shakespeare Festival at Tulane, the Historic New Orleans Collection and NOCCA communities.

Will Myers currently serves as the financial manager at Cossich, Sumich, Parsiola & Taylor, LLC. In this capacity, he recently oversaw the financial distribution of funds from the PFAS Public Water Settlement against 3M and Dupont for environmental contamination, distributing funds to hundreds of public water systems. He and his wife, Melissa, both serve on the StG Capital Campaign Committee. Their two children are enrolled in the Early Childhood program. 

Penn Forrester Iarocci writes a local shopping column and blog for St. Charles Avenue Magazine and runs a sustainable Mardi Gras throws and accessories business, In her spare time, she also supports locally-based charities. Penn also serves on the StG Marketing and Admissions Committee as well as the Capital Campaign Committee.  Penn has a son enrolled at the school. 

Robert Jeanfreau, MD, is a retired Internist. Robert ran a private practice for over thirty years with his brother. Among his many career highlights, he served in Desert Storm as a physician in the Army Medical Corp. Robert also established his own clinical research company, co-founding it with his wife, Andrea. The company, MedPharmics, specialized in vaccine studies and helped develop Covid vaccines. Robert and Andrea joined the StG community in 2025 through student connection. 

Jessica Kraker, M.D., is an associate professor of clinical neurology and the associate residency program director at Tulane University, where she helps guide aspiring neurologists. She has earned recognition multiple times in her career. Jessica and her husband Chris, a neurosurgeon also at Tulane, have been members of the St. George’s community since enrolling their daughter in Early Childhood. Jessica has been a class captain since 2017, and is aspiring to attain the title of longest running class captain.

Tim Gray is a partner with Forman Watkins & Krutz LLP. and currently focuses on product liability litigation for companies in the energy sector. Tim and his wife, Robin, have five children and became part of the St. George’s community in 2016 when their youngest child entered lower school. Tim is long-practiced at school governance; he has served on three charter school boards in New Orleans over the past thirteen years, including as board chair for two of them.
