DEWAR Tuition Refund Plan

St. George's offers the DEWAR Tuition Refund Plan as a means to insure your annual financial obligation under the terms and conditions of the enrollment contract. We highly recommend that all families participate in this plan, as it provides an allowance for tuition charges in the event your child is withdrawn for medical, relocation or other reasons. The premium represents 2.7% of the tuition amount for the 2019-2020 school year. Any questions pertaining to enrollment or claims should be directed to Emily LeJeune, Director of Finance.

Approved Payment Methods

  • ACH debit to checking or savings account
  • Credit Card (There is a 2.75% convenience fee associated with credit card payments). Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.
  • Invoice: Available for full or semester payments

Payment Timeline Options

  • Semester payments: 60% due July 5th or 20th/40% due January 5th or 20th, depending on payment plan selection
  • Monthly payments: 10 payments July-April on the 5th or 20th of each month, depending on payment plan selection
  • Payments in Full: Can be made no later than July 20th 

FACTS Management

St. George’s has partnered with FACTS Management Co. to provide all preschool through 8th grade families a streamlined, online method to manage accounts for tuition and fees. For assistance with FACTS, please contact Rianna Guidry.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is available for students Pre-K4 through eighth grade and is awarded based upon need and availability of funds. About 25% of students receive aid. This program helps to make the St. George’s education more accessible to many families. 

All families seeking consideration for tuition assistance are required to submit an online application with Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST). Families must also file supporting documentation with FAST. The 2020-2021 financial aid application will be available beginning in November. Please contact Katie Harris, Director of Admission, to be updated when this application opens. The deadline for families to submit all financial aid materials in order to be considered for first-round consideration is January 31, 2020.

FAST collects and processes all information and sends a confidential report, including a recommendation, to St. George’s Financial Aid committee. The committee reviews this report, along with the school’s budget for financial aid, and makes award decisions.

Families must apply each year. All financial aid is kept confidential and will not influence decisions regarding admission.
