Alex Breckinridge is a lawyer and partner in the New Orleans law firm of Jones Walker LLP, where he specializes in securities and corporate governance litigation, as well as advising clients on compliance with anti-corruption laws, trade sanctions and export/import regulations. Alex is a St. George's alumnus, graduating in the class of 1995. He and his wife Kirsten have two children at St. George's in the Lower School.
The Very Reverend Richard B. Easterling was ordained to the Sacred Order of Priests in the summer of 2003 at St. Augustine's Episcopal Church in Metairie, Louisiana. The Vestry of St. George's Episcopal Church called Father Easterling to be the parish's Rector in the autumn of 2013 after serving as their Priest-in-charge since the beginning of that year. He was installed by the Bishop the following Epiphanytide. Father Easterling earned his Masters of Divinity from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois. Father Easterling lives in the Rectory on the St. George's church grounds with David Wohlgemuth, his husband, and their standard poodle, Bear. He served as the Middle School Chaplain at St. George's Episcopal School for several years and plays a vital role in the school's traditional church services.
Lauren Flower is a stay-at-home parent to her three children and step-daughter and is also an active volunteer. Lauren's professional background includes marketing and public relations work for local government and private businesses, as well as residential real estate development. She maintains a consulting business to continue work in these areas part-time. Lauren has served as a St. George's room parent (2017), chair of the Soiree' Auction (2017) and Vice President of the Parents Group (2018-19). In addition to serving as a trustee, Lauren is also a member of the school's Marketing Committee. Lauren and her husband Ken's son, Hank, is in second grade at St. George's.
Lee Anne Garner is a lifestyle marketer building business and prestige for clients. Authentic Louisiana heritage brands she’s represented include: Camellia Beans, Community Coffee, Bayou Rum and Dickie Brennan’s restaurants. She has served as the Marketing Committee Chair, Co-Chair of Knight at City Park, Room Mother, and more since her son entered the school in Kindergarten. He is now starting his 7th grade year.
Kyle Graffagnini is the Director of Equity Trading at Scotia Howard Weil Inc. His daughter entered St. George’s as a Kindergarten student and will be an eighth grader this school year. A four year board member, Kyle serves on the Development Committee and has previously served on the Athletic Committee.
Alice Herrington is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, young adults and families in her private practice.
She has most recently served as one of the chairs of the 2019 Soiree and will be serving as the Vice President of the Parents Group this year. She and her husband Drew are the parents of a St. George's fifth grade student.
Eric Hoffman is President and Chief Operating Officer of Hoffman Media, LLC, a leading special interest media company with offices in Birmingham, AL, and New Orleans, LA, where he oversees the daily operations of the company while also leading its strategic business development efforts. Prior to joining the company in March 2007, Eric worked in New York as an investment banker, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions advisory and public and private equity offerings. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama, where he earned his B.S. in Finance. In addition, he is a graduate of Stanford University’s Professional Publishing Course. He and his wife, Katie, are parents to a St. George's Middle School student.
Norma Kimble oversees real estate investments, development and property management. She also oversees the family’s philanthropic investments through board leadership and volunteerism. In addition to serving on the Board of Trustees, Norma has for many years led the school's Knight at City Park event and has generously contributed her time and talents to the school. She is the mother of three kids with one now off to college, one St. George's alumna in high school and the youngest beginning his 7th grade year at St. George's.
Dr. Joseph Kreutziger graduated from St. Martin's Episcopal School in New Orleans before attending the University of the South at Sewanee, where he received his BA in English. He holds a Masters Degree and Doctorate in English and American Literature from Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Kreutziger started his career in education at St. George's in 1993, teaching English and Physical Education in the Middle School. He now serves as St. George's Head of School and is a member of the Board's Executive Committee.
Krystil Borrouso Lawton, an attorney, is the author of Louisiana Supreme Court Reports, a monthly digest of all opinions issued by the Louisiana Supreme Court. Subscribers to the digest include attorneys, judges, state agencies, law schools, the Louisiana Law Library, the Louisiana House and Senate, and all Louisiana courts of appeal. She also co-authors the Daily Commentary for the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit (covering Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi) and serves as its social media editor, “tweeting” on behalf of the Bar Association about every published Fifth Circuit opinion. Krystil is currently serving St. George’s as interim Director of Development. Last year she was President of the Parents Group. She and her husband, Joe, have three children. The youngest is an eighth grader at St. George’s.
Laurie Leaman is a licensed architect and served as a Project Architect at Morton Verges Architects in New Orleans for ten years where she designed financial and hospitality institutions. Laurie has served as a room parent, on the Soiree Committee as auction website administrator and as the Parents' Group President in 2015/216. This will be her sixth year serving on the Board of Trustees where she chairs the Committee on Trustees. Laurie and her husband Dana are parents to a 2019 graduate and a rising 7th grader at St. George's.
Anne Michaels is the President of ARB Meetings and Events, a meeting planning firm that specializes in large scale association conferences and corporate meetings across the US. She is also the Vice President of Business Development at Focus Medical Communications, a medical education company based in Parsippany, NJ. Anne currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board and co-chairs both the Development Committee and the Head of School Transition Committee. Anne and her husband, Wes, are the parents of St. George's first and second graders.
Leon Nowalsky is a telecommunications attorney specializing in federal and state regulatory matters and mergers and acquisitions between regulated public utilities. He is managing partner of Nowalsky and Gothard APLLC and serves on the St. George's Board of Trustees as the Treasurer. Leon and his wife Ava are parents of a St. George's graduate.
Joshua Provosty is currently Vice President and a Senior Business Banker with Capital One Business Banking. He is an eighteen-year veteran of the Commercial Banking Sector, following in his father James V. Provosty's footsteps (a 40 year veteran of this industry locally and nationally). In addition to serving St. George's Episcopal School as a trustee, he is also a member of the school's finance committee, and he has previously served as a member of the Athletic Committee. He and his wife are parents to a St. George's Middle School student.
Nina Pugh is a lawyer and served as General Counsel to Planet Beach Franchising Corporation, an international franchisor based in Marrero, LA, where she handled regulatory compliance, contracts and franchisee disputes in litigation and arbitration. She has been involved in St. George's programming in many ways, having served as a Room Parent and hosted various events in her home. She is serving as Parents Group President for the 2019-2020 school year. Nina and her husband Larry have three children at St. George's in the Early Childhood and Lower School divisions.
Eric is founder and CEO of Watershed Drybags in Asheville, NC, a supplier of waterproof bags and packaging for the outdoor industry and US Defense Department. He is passionate about product design and the outdoors. Eric and his wife Stephanie are longtime St. George's parents to two current Middle School students.
T. Gregory Schafer is a partner with the law firm of Schafer & Schafer, L.L.P. His practice areas include insurance defense, appellate advocacy and general civil litigation. He is a past president of the Louisiana Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Greg has served on the Board of Trustees for seven years and was the Chairman of the Board from 2016-2018. He also was a member of the search committee that named St. George’s new Head of School in 2018. His son graduated from St. George’s in 2019.
Cathy Schieffelin is the founder of Wild Times Education Programs, an innovative program to introduce children and adults to wildlife conservation through interactive and hands-on activities. Cathy also holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Tulane's School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Prior to getting her MPH, Cathy served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Comoros Islands, where she met her husband, John. Cathy and John have three children, including a St. George's 8th grader. Cathy has been an active member of the St. George's community, serving as co-chair of the Charleston Wrap fundraiser for the past two years. She is also a past President of the Parents Group.
Laura Wilt is the System Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Ochsner Health System. Laura joined Ochsner in 2013 as the AVP of Clinical Systems and was promoted to the Chief Information Officer in 2016. She served last year as the Kindergarten class captain for the Annual Fund for St. George's, the school’s annual giving campaign. Laura and her husband, Jonathan, have their two children at St. George’s in the Lower School.
